  1. Returns

    We take huge pride in the quality of each item and hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order. However, on the rare occasion of missing, damaged, or incorrect item(s), we are here to help at shop@studiogabrielle.co.uk.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges under change of mind circumstances as we operate on a made-to-order basis, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    We will not accept any international returns.

  2. Refunds & Exchanges

    If you believe that your item(s) is missing, damaged, or incorrect. Please follow our returns process below:

    1. Please notify us at shop@studiogabrielle.co.uk including your order number and photos of the fault (or any other difficulties).

    2. Please keep the original packaging so you can easily repack the item(s) for return delivery.

    3. Our team will investigate your complaint and will organise an appropriate course of action.

    If your return is accepted, we will follow the process below:

    1. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

    2. We will then notify you of the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting your item(s).

    3. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment or send you a replacement once the item(s) is returned.

  3. Shipping

    All orders are shipped directly from our sister delivery service in the UK. If your order has been paid in full, we will dispatch and ship your goods as soon as they are manufactured by our UK-based craftsmen.

    Lead times listed on our website are estimated and can vary due to the nature and production time of our goods.

    If your delivery address changes prior to dispatch, please email us at shop@studiogabrielle.co.uk.

  4. International Shipping

    If you require international shipping, please email shop@studiogabrielle.co.uk.

    We will reach out to you after obtaining a quote from one of our courier partners and work with you to provide the most economical solution. Once your order is placed we will email you an invoice for shipping payment.

    Please note: International orders may be liable for additional duties and taxes from your local Customs Office. Failure to pay any additional duty or tax may result in your parcel being returned to Studio Gabrielle.
